Patent number: 9393896Abstract: The present invention provides an end assembly for use with cargo decking beams. The end assembly comprises a body formed from C-shaped plates coupled back-to-back that is slidably disposed within the end of a decking beam. A latch mechanism at one end of the body includes an end tab formed from the plates that fits into openings (either A or E slots) in a mounting track. A retaining lip on the bottom engages the openings and a notch in the top provides room for the lip to be inserted and lifted out of the openings. An internal swivel latch fills the space left by the notch when in a closed position to prevent the retaining lip from lifting out of the openings.Type: GrantFiled: May 5, 2015Date of Patent: July 19, 2016Assignee: B2B Casuals, Inc.Inventor: Jerrell P. Publication number: 20160159269Abstract: The present invention provides a reversible beam end assembly comprising a symmetrical body configured to be slidably disposed within the end of a beam member. The body has identical pairs of flank webs at both ends. A slider foot is pivotally coupled to a pair of flank webs at one end of the body. The foot comprises two leg walls extending from a ridge plate, which are coupled to the flank webs by means of a pivot bolt. A T-shaped connection member runs longitudinally along the opposite side of the ridge plate. In a preferred embodiment the connection member is three to four inches long and configured to slide within a logistic post L track. A spring-loaded retaining latched pivotally coupled to the foot is configured to engage spaced openings in the L track.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 9, 2014Publication date: June 9, 2016Applicant: B2B CASUALS, INC.Inventor: Jerrell P. Patent number: 9333898Abstract: The present invention provides an adjustable decking system for use within a cargo container. The system comprises vertical mounting posts that include a plurality of spaced openings and a slider track with obliquely angled guide channels. Decking beams are selectively adjustable in height along the posts by engaging the openings with end assemblies slidably disposed within the ends of the beams. The posts can accommodate alternative beam end configurations. One configuration includes a foot with angled guide edges slidably captured within the guide channels. An alternate configuration comprises coupled plates that fit directly into the openings and a swivel latched to provide a retaining force. This alternate configuration has an identical latch mechanism at both ends and is reversibly mountable within the decking beam.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2015Date of Patent: May 10, 2016Assignee: B2B Casuals, Inc.Inventor: Jerrell P. Publication number: 20160082875Abstract: A bulkhead for dividing a cargo container into multiple compartments. In one embodiment the bulkhead includes two panels that span the width and height of the cargo container when adjacent to each other. Each panel has one or more angle brackets mounted to it. Each angle bracket is bent approximately 90°, forming a base section and a flanged arm. The base section is mounted to the back face of the panel, and the flanged arm inserts through a slot in the panel and projects in front of the panel. Cross bars slide through openings in the angle brackets in front of the panels and couple the bulkhead to tracks along the walls of the container. The cross bars can be coupled to multiple points along these tracks, allowing the position of the bulkhead to be adjusted along the length of the container.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 24, 2014Publication date: March 24, 2016Applicant: B2B CASUALS, INC.Inventor: Jerrell P.
