    Abstract: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising (i) 5 to 80% by weight of a polyamide resin, (ii) 15 to 90% by weight of a fluororesin and (iii) 1 to 80% by weight of a fluororubber having a tensile modulus at ordinary temperature of not more than 500 Kg/cm.sup.2, and a laminated material having a layer formed from the thermoplastic resin composition have excellent chemical resistance.
