    Abstract: An endotracheal tube holder comprised of a strip of Velcro-type material carrying a dense array of hooks and a pressure sensitive adhesive on its back for attaching the strip to the endotracheal tube, and a band of soft material having loops for engaging the hooks to hold the tube by the strip and which is adapted to encircle the head of the patient. The ends of the band also carry Velcro-type strips with hooks which are adapted to engage the band to releasably secure it in place on the head.

    Abstract: A band for securing a catheter or similar device to a limb of a human comprising a stretchable primary strap adapted to encircle a limb. A part of the strap is made of a soft looped fabric and the strap also carries a male Velcro-type fastening material which cooperates with the looped fabric to enable the strap to be secured in place about the limb. A secondary strap made of a flexible material is secured, hooks up, intermediate its ends to the central portion of the primary strap on the looped fabric. The secondary strap is made of a male Velcro-type fastening material, and each end of the secondary strap is designed to be looped over and encircle the catheter or similar device and attach to the looped fabric to hold the catheter or similar device securely in place on the limb.

    Abstract: A band for supporting a tracheostomy tube or the like comprising first and second straps each having a sponge-like inner surface adapted to lie against the skin and an outer layer of a looped material which functions as the female for Velcro-type fasteners. The straps are adjustably joined by a male Velcro-type patch on the back of one strap designed to engage the looped material on the face of the other strap. The free ends of the joined straps each carry a male Velcro-type fastener strip designed to thread through an opening in the flange of the tracheostomy tube to hold the tube in place.

    Abstract: A band for securing a catheter or similar device to a limb of a human comprising a stretchable primary strap adapted to encircle the limb. A part of the strap is made of a soft looped fabric and the strap also carries a male Velcro-type fastening material which cooperates with the looped fabric to enable the strap to be secured in place about the limb. A secondary strap made of a flexible material is secured at one end intermediate the ends of the primary strap. That end of the secondary strap also carries a clip having an eye. The other end of the secondary strap, made of a male Velcro-type fastening material, may be threaded through the eye of the clip and engage the looped fabric so that the secondary strap forms a closed loop for encircling the catheter or similar device and holding it securely in place on the limb.
