Abstract: Present disclosed is a bait cast reel having a locking part for a hinge-type palm side cover, the palm side cover being hinged to a first side opening of a frame of a reel body to rotatably support one end of a spool shaft. The bait cast reel includes: a reel body in which a spool is rotatably provided; a palmside cover fixed to an outside end of a pillar insert; a spool cover mounted to the palmside cover; a centrifugal brake controls a rotation speed of the spool; a pillar click gear to which the pillar insert is coupled in a moveable manner; a pillar click claw stopping rotation of the pillar click gear; and a stopper supporting the pillar click gear for rotation thereof.
Abstract: A bait cast reel having a non-separating tension knob is proposed. The bait cast reel is configured to prevent separation of a tension knob from a reel body even if the tension knob is fully unwound and loosened, and includes: a reel body having a spool shaft rotatably installed thereon; a cylindrical frame coupled to an opening on a side of the reel body; a click plate rotatably coupled to the opening on a side of a frame; a control plate supporting the spool shaft and coupled to a through-hole of the click plate; a tension knob having a threaded portion that corresponds to a threaded portion of the frame; a protruding step formed on an outer end of a wing-shaped protrusion formed to face the flange of the control plate; and a ring-shaped locking step formed on an inner circumferential edge of the click plate.
Abstract: A centrifugal brake device capable of preventing backlash of a bait cast reel by using the centrifugal force generated from a spool is disclosed.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a centrifugal brake apparatus of a bait cast reel which is capable of selectively adjusting a braking force of a spool by a user in such a manner that a plurality of brake shoes closely contact with an inner surface of a brake ring in proportion to a rotation when casting a bait. The centrifugal brake apparatus according to the present invention includes a spool in which a spool shaft is rotatably engaged to a reel, a brake housing which is engaged to the spool shaft and is rotated together with the spool and includes a slide groove formed in a radial shape and in which a plurality of brake shoes are slidably engaged, and a cover which is engaged to the brake housing and is rotated together with the spool and is rotatably engaged to respect to the brake housing and includes a plurality of engaging protrusions for thereby selectively limiting the movements of the brake shoes.
