Abstract: The present invention relates to a system used for financial transactions from a bank account using a mobile or embedded device and includes installation of a program (5) directly connected to a central data processing unit (2) of a financial institution (1) by means of a web server (3), making it possible to open an account and enabling the user to perform financial transactions instantaneously following registration because of the identification of users compared to existing solutions, enabling real-time verification of the credit status of the user. The opening of the account directly links same to the telephone number of the user, which is used to identify the account holder. The determination of a user history/profile with the respective services and places most commonly visited using a geolocation system is also provided, as well as the option of monitoring charging and automatic division of bills and expenses incurred in establishment.
