Y direction linearly moving units 11 synchronously rotate the corresponding nuts 7 and 8 to move the bridge frame 4 in the Y direction. A further ball screw 12 extending in the X direction is provided on the bridge frame 4. A further ball screw 12 is screwed in the further ball screw nut 13 attached to an X direction linearly moving unit 3, whereby the further ball screw 13 is rotated by the X direction linearly moving unit 3 to move the cutter head 2 linearly in the X direction.
