Abstract: Prefabricated concrete wall panel and method of forming same having a continuous peripheral metallic skeletal panel frame with its opposite sides being adjustably disposed/constrained during fabrication to provide a substantially parallelogram shaped wall panel. A plurality of spaced transversely extending, for example, nut and bolt type clamping means are disposed between opposite sides of the panel frame at least during the fabrication process to maintain the sides generally straight and parallel until the concrete has attained sufficient set strength. A plurality of hook means are affixed to opposite sides of the panel frame and extend inwardly into the concrete for holding the parallelism of the opposite sides following removal of the clamping means.
