Abstract: An image forming device includes a changeover flap, a cover, a flap displacement mechanism, an inlet end, an outlet end, and a first conveyer passage extending from the outlet end. A second conveyer passage is bifurcated from the first conveyer passage at a bifurcated portion. The changeover flap is provided at the bifurcated portion and is pivotally movable. The flap displacement mechanism includes a pivot arm pivotally movable. The pivot arm includes a free end portion provided with a linking portion to which the changeover flap is pivotally movably connected. The pivot arm and the changeover flap is configured to change an angle therebetween in accordance with a pivotal movement of the changeover flap and the pivot arm in interlocking relation to the pivotal movement of the cover from its closed position to its open position to displace the linking portion toward the cover.
Abstract: Litigation-docket software may be used by teams of litigation attorneys for entering, maintaining, and viewing information about litigation events. Litigation-docket entries may contain information, such as start and end times and a responsible attorney, about litigation events, such as court hearings, brief-due dates, depositions, and the like. After a litigation-docket entry is created, instances (i.e., copies) of the litigation-docket entry are sent to members of the litigation team. A recipient may accept, reject, or tentatively accept the litigation-docket-entry instance. Recipients may request that the entry creator make changes to information within the litigation-docket entry. Upon the entry creator making such a change, instances of the revised litigation-docket entry will be sent to litigation-team members. A verification utility may be used to verify that litigation-team members have litigation-docket-entry instances that are consistent with one another.

Abstract: A door safety device comprises a cover (4) for the gap at the hinge side of a door (1) and door frame (3) combination. The cover (4) is a strip of a rigid material which is flexible about its major axis, the strip having attachment means at its long edges whereby each edge may be secured respectively to the door (1) and door frame (3). The attachment means being arranged such that one edge is firmly fixed to one of the door/door frame combination and the other edge is fixed to the other member of the combination in a way that allows some vertical movement of that edge. The cover (4) is formed with rigid portions and longitudinally-directed fold areas such that part of the cover may be supported against a vertical edge of the door when the door is in an open condition.
