Abstract: Provided is a molecule comprising an Fc variant. Compared with a molecule comprising an IgG wild-type Fc, the molecule is resistant to the degradation of an immunoglobulin enzyme, and the molecule comprises a human IgG Fc region having a mutation, the mutation being one or more substitutions or deletions at a G237 position (EU numbering), and the substitution preferably being G237A. Further provided are a nucleic acid encoding the molecule, a vector comprising the nucleic acid and a host cell, and a method for preparing the molecule.

Abstract: An antibiotic pharmaceutical composition for intradermal or subcutaneous administration is provided, which includes an antibiotic and hyaluronidase (HAase). In the antibiotic pharmaceutical composition, a content of the antibiotic is 10 mg/mL-5 g/Ml, and a content of the HAase is 45 units/ml-4500000 units/ml. A kit is provided, which includes the pharmaceutical composition. A method for preparing the kit, and use of the pharmaceutical composition are further provided.

Abstract: An Fc variant containing a 2,6-sialylated glycosylation modification is provided. The Fc variant has an increased affinity for human FcRn and an increased 2,6-sialylation level. The Fc variant can reduce the level of IgG in the blood, and 2,6-sialic acid thereof has an anti-inflammatory effect. A protein, composition or kit including the Fc variant is also provided.

Abstract: Provided are a mutant of an immunoglobulin degrading enzyme IdeE, a protein comprising the mutant, and a use of a composition and a kit in preparation of a drug for reducing the level of IgG in a subject. The mutant has amino acid substitution, N-terminal truncated and/or C-terminal truncated on one or more of positions 8, 10, 24, 59, 97, and 280 of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, and the mutant has the function of the immunoglobulin degrading enzyme IdeE, and has higher activity and thermal stability than wild-type IdeE.

Abstract: Provided is a probe card, comprising a guide plate and a shielding structure of single-layer or multi-layer. The guide plate comprises an upper surface, a lower surface, and at least one guide hole passing through the upper surface and the lower surface, and the guide hole is provided with an inner wall surface. At least one layer of the shielding structure is made of an electromagnetic absorption material or an electromagnetic reflection material, and the shielding structure is not connected to a ground. Each layer of the shielding structure is formed on the inner wall surface of the guide hole by means of atomic layer deposition or atomic layer etching, and a thickness of each layer is less than 1000 nm.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a method for diagnosing the action of nervonic acid and use thereof. The method for diagnosing acting of nervonic acid in acer truncatum bunge seed oil can be used to determine whether nervonic acid is absorbed and transformed by the body, and provides guidance for whether nervonic acid plays a role after intaking acer truncatum bunge seed oil.
