    Abstract: A 980 MPa-grade hot-rolled ferrite bainite dual-phase steel and a manufacturing method therefor. The chemical components of the steel comprise, in percentage by weight, 0.15-0.30% of C, 0.8-2.0% of Si, 1.0-2.0% of Mn, 0-0.02% of P, 0-0.005% of S, 0-0.003% of O, 0.5-1.0% of Al, 0-0.006% of N, 0.01-0.06% of Nb, 0.01-0.05% of Ti, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. In addition, the chemical components meet the following relations: 0.05%?Nb+Ti?0.10%, and 2.5?Al/C?5.0. The microstructure of the steel is made of ferrite and bainite. The average grain size of the ferrite is 5-10 ?m, and the equivalent grain size of the bainite is less than or equal to 20 ?m. The yield strength of the steel is greater than or equal to 600 MPa, the tensile strength of the steel is greater than or equal to 980 Mpa, and the ductility is greater than or equal to 15%.

The laminated iron has excellent printability and satisfies usage requirements of packaging containers for food, beverage and the like.

The copolyester is a PET polyester modified by copolymerization of isophthalic acid, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and neopentyl glycol.     Abstract: Disclosed is a blended polyester thin film, comprising a copolyester and a homopolyester. The thin film is composed of upper, middle, and lower layers. Each of the three layers is a homogeneous mixture of the copolyester and the homopolyester. The copolyester comprises 800-2000 ppm by mass of SiO2 added by means of in-situ polymerization. A dihydric alcohol component in the copolyester comprises ethylene glycol, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and 1,4-butanediol. The melting point of the copolyester is between 200-240° C. The blended polyester film of the present invention has excellent processability, excellent chemical resistance, such as acid and alkali resistance, and excellent uniformity. A film-coated metal plate prepared from the blended polyester thin film can meet performance requirements of metal containers for food and beverage packaging with complex molding processing and high corrosion resistance.

Regarding the two processes where a vortex may be formed, by means of different optimal control strategies, which respectively inhibit or destroy the formation of a vortex, slag generation is postponed, and molten steel may flow out without bringing slag out, thereby reducing residual ladle steel and improving molten steel yield.
