Abstract: A method for applying brazing material to a metal honeycomb matrix is provided. The method comprises the following steps of: a) applying a brazing material in a paste form, i.e., a solder paste, to one end face of the metal honeycomb matrix; b) distributing the solder paste in the metal honeycomb matrix. A metal honeycomb matrix and a method for manufacturing the metal honeycomb matrix are also provided.
