Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising an agrochemical active substance and a copolymer which comprises an N-vinylcarboxamide and a diallyldialkylammonium salt incorporated into the polymer. The invention furthermore relates to a method of preparing this composition; to the use of this composition for dispersing agrochemical active substances; to a method of controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or undesired plant growth and/or undesired insect or mite attack and/or for regulating the growth of plants, wherein the composition is allowed to act on the respective pests, their environment or the crop plants to be protected from the respective pest, on the soil and/or on undesired plants and/or on the crop plants and/or on their environment; and furthermore to seed comprising the composition.

Abstract: Copolymer compositions and methods for making these compositions are described. The copolymers include a vinyl aromatic monomer; a second monomer, and a biobased monomer. The second monomer is selected from the group consisting of butadiene, alkyl acrylates, alkyl methacrylates, and mixtures thereof. Examples of biobased monomers useful in the compositions include isobornyl acrylate, isobornyl methacrylate, tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate, tetrahydrofurfuryl methacrylate, lauryl acrylate, lauryl methacrylate, and mixtures thereof. The compositions described herein can be used for binder or coating compositions and can include coating pigments, mineral fillers, and other additives.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a continuous process for the production of polymeric coupling products by using a reactor assembly which is equipped with two or more reaction cells. The educt fluid is pumped through the reaction cells and thoroughly mixed therein by means of agitators. Preferably the process according to the invention is used for the preparation of coupling products which show at least partially precipitation and/or gelation effects during the performance of the synthesis. The precipitation and/or gelation effects are associated with and increase of the viscosity of the reaction system under reaction conditions. The products which are obtained by the process according to the invention have increased molecular weight and low polydispersity over similar products which were obtained in batch experiments.
