Abstract: System comprising a clean room (50), a transport element (10) movable inside the clean room (50), and a drive element (30) of the transport element (10), which is arranged outside the clean room (50), wherein the transport element (10) is not connected to the drive element (30) and is only coupled to the drive element (30) or driven by the drive element (30) via contactless remote forces, wherein the transport element (10) is a separate element, in particular separate from the floor, ceiling, walls and/or other parts of the clean room (50), and in particular has no positive connection acting in any spatial direction to the floor, ceiling, walls and/or other parts of the clean room (50) and/or other elements. The invention also relates to a corresponding transport element (10).

  • Publication number: 20210221541
Abstract: The invention relates to a system (10) for filling containers (100), in particular syringes, comprising a multi-track transport device for transporting a plurality of rows of containers (100) in a transport direction; at least two weighing devices, which are arranged in succession in the transport direction; at least one multi-track filling station (20), wherein the number of tracks of the filling station matches the number of tracks of the transport device; at least one sealing station (14); means (24, 44) for placing each row of containers (100) on one of the at least two weighing devices (30); and control configured to actuate the transport device such that each row of containers (100) is placed at a relevant weighing device (30) for a filling process, wherein the row of containers merely passes by the other weighing devices (30) without being placed at these other weighing devices (30) for a filling process. The invention also relates to a corresponding method.

  • Publication number: 20210155420
Abstract: The invention relates to a transport device for an item to be transported, the device comprising: a transport rake having at least one tine; and a counter rake having at least one tine, the counter rake being adjustable relative to the transport rake in the transport direction in order to clamp an item to be transported between the at least one tine of the transport rake and the at least one tine of the counter rake, at least either the transport rake or the counter rake being connected to a transport element which is movable linearly in the transport direction, a drive element being provided to which the transport element is not connected and to which the transport element is coupled or by which the transport element is driven only by means of contactless remote forces.

  • Publication number: 20200277091
Abstract: The invention relates to a closing device for closing containers which have a filling opening, such as bottles or cans, comprising a positioning apparatus for arrangement of a container to be closed into a position for closing, a flushing apparatus with a nozzle device for blowing in flushing gas, in particular inert gas, into a container to be closed though its filling opening prior to closure, a closing element setting apparatus for attachment of a closing element to a container to be closed in a position which closes its filling opening and thus the container and a control apparatus.

  • Patent number: 10465673
Abstract: The invention relates to a peristaltic pump (1) comprising a saddle and a rotor (3) rotatable therein, between which a hose (4) is arranged. The rotor (3) carries hose compression means (6), which sweep over the hose (4) with the rotation of the rotor (3) and thus convey a conveying fluid. When the hose compression means (6) emerge from the hose (4), this results in pulsation effects. According to the invention, these pulsation effects are suppressed in that an inner saddle face (5), on which the hose (4) is positioned, is suitably shaped. In addition, the pulsation effects may be reduced or prevented by controlled adaptation of the rotor rotational speed, by suitable selection of a conveying end position during metering of the pumping medium, or by establishing particular invariable conveying end positions. The use of a peristaltic pump (1) of this type for metering is further proposed.

  • Patent number: 4795519
Abstract: A conveying device for testing and reprocessing objects (25) processed by a processing station (27), especially labelled objects (25), as for example ampoules, containers or syringes. A conveyor device conveys objects (25) to be processed in a continual, uniform motion through the processing station (27). The objects (25) are held therein in pickups (23). A feeding device (33) leads the objects individually toward the conveying device (21). A checking station (31) examines the processing result. A control stops, in case of determining an insufficiently processed, for example not labelled objects (25b), the feeding device (33) and gradually brakes the conveying device (21). The control then reverses the direction of movement of the conveying device (21) until the insufficiently processed object (21b) has reached again the processing station (27).

  • Patent number: 4605047
Abstract: For the metered filling of bulk material, especially liquids, into receptacles, especially glass receptacles, there is provided a filling station to which a conveying device leads the receptacles, which are to be filled, individually or in groups. A weighing device determines before the start of the filling operation the tare of the receptacles which are to be filled, and blocks the feeding of bulk material when a specified gross weight has been reached. The conveying device moves the receptacles preferably by means of worm conveyers which are lifted off the receptacles during the weighing and filling operation.

  • Patent number: 3986320
Abstract: An apparatus for filling and sealing ampules has a support disc rotatable about an upright axis and provided along its outer edge with a succession of seats formed by rollers. Ampules are pressed into these seats by an endless belt spanned around the disc, or by a plurality of pressing wheels. The pressing wheels or the belt are driven so that the ampules are rotated in place in their seats during the filling and sealing operations. A tool carrier, which is pivotal about the axis of rotation of the support disc, angularly oscillates back and forth over a limited arc and the tools carried on this carrier are displaced at the same angular speed as the continuously displaced ampules so that they act on the ampules as they move in the forward direction, then return and act on the next ampule or group of ampules. These tools can be filling or sealing units.
