Abstract: New ethyl-triazolyl derivatives of the formula ##STR1## in which R represents halogen,X.sup.1 represents fluorine, chlorine or bromine,X.sup.2 represents fluorine, chlorine or bromine,Z represents halogen, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, ethyl having 1 or 2 carbon atoms and 1 to 5 halogen atoms, halogenoalkoxy having 1 or 2 carbon atoms and 1 to 5 halogen atoms, phenyl, phenoxy, nitro or alkoximinoalkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms in the alkoxy moiety and 1 to 4 carbon atoms in the alkyl moiety andm represents the numbers 0, 1, 2 or 3,and addition products thereof with acids or metal salts are very effective for combating fungi.Novel ethyl-triazolyl derivatives of the formula ##STR2## in which R, Z and m have the abovementioned meanings,and addition products thereof with acids or metal salts are very effective for combating fungi.
