Abstract: An oven and method for curing inks on various substrates and textiles, such as clothing or shirts, conveyed by an overhanging vertically oriented chain conveyor. Clips are attached to the chain conveyor for holding the printed textile in a vertical oven mount, as they pass by the radiant heating elements structured in the curing oven during usage.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a hanging assembly for supporting an electric heater below a chafing dish or chafing pan. The removable electric chafing dish heater is supported by two identical hanging assemblies each with an elastic component to provide a constant thermal interface to the underside of a typical chafing dish. The hanging assembly provides a bent and curved device for holding the hanging assembly fast to a typical chafing frames that typically accompanies all chafing dishes. The chafing dish heater includes an electric flat plate element in a rectangular housing that is connected to a power assembly. The power assembly has an on/off switch, a power cord, and a visual indicator for representing the power is on/off.
Abstract: An improved cooling system includes a vapor compression refrigeration loop made up of a compressor, an expansion valve, an evaporator and a condenser. A cool air fan blows air past the cool surfaces of the evaporator. The cooled air is directed to the interior of the structure by a cool air duct. A thermostat actuates the cool air fan and the compressor when the temperature in the structure rises above a selected value. Recognizing that cooling systems are oversized, and thus run inefficiently during normal operation, a compressor cycling switch is used to cycle the compressor on and off during the cool demand cycles according to the air temperature in the cool air duct. This increases the efficiency of the system by reducing back pressure on the compressor and reducing icing of the system.
Abstract: A control circuit controls the delivery of fuel to a burner used to heat a heat exchanger in a furnace. A thermostat provides a fuel demand signal to a fuel valve causing the fuel valve to open to feed fuel to the burner to heat the heat exchanger. Once the heat exchanger is warmed to, for example, 250.degree. the blower is activated by a low temperature switch. A high temperature safety switch is used to shut off the fuel valve if the temperature of the heat exchanger gets dangerously high, such as 800.degree. F. A first switch is placed in series with the thermostat and the fuel valve and remains closed until the temperature of the heat exchanger rises above a first temperature, for example 500.degree. F. When this occurs the first switch opens so the flame extinguishes. Once the heat exchanger temperature drops to a second temperature, such as 350.degree. F., the first switch closes, thus resupplying fuel to the burner.
