Abstract: The present invention consists of a frame for turn & tilt or projecting doors or windows, which achieves a minimalist exterior appearance with a central profile of 18 mm, wherein the offset of the alignment of the external glass with the internal glass is now used, creating a common central outer profile of 18 mm, and wherein the thermal and acoustic performance and the resistance to water, air and wind permeability are further improved. The frame, object of the present invention, is preferably made of aluminum with thermal break for the manufacture of doors and/or windows, it is applied in a door or window opening of a building and it consists essentially of at least one fixed rim (3) and at least one movable leaf (1) and at least one fixed leaf (4), wherein at least one movable leaf is glued to the glass (2) in all its perimeter.

Abstract: The present invention consists of aluminium framework for the manufacture of doors or windows, which is applied in a door or window opening of a building. It comprises at least one fixed frame (1) and fixed or movable panels (4) which have central (6) and reinforcing (5) props, handles (3) (7), anti-pollen/mosquito net (9) winder integrated into a profile (10). It has a locking system (2) of the panels (4), which is integrated in the aluminium profiles of the fixed frame (1); a locking system (8) of the anti-pollen/mosquito net (9) allowing the profile (11) of the net (9) to be attached to the handle (7). The movements of the net (9) and the panels (4) can be performed either manually or automatically, in both cases this movement being facilitated by a slide rule (13) with integrated bearings.

Abstract: A frame system for a door or window is constituted by at least one fixed frame (1) and at least one movable sash (3) mounted in the fixed frame and having a central post (5) and a handle (4). The locking system (6) for the sash (3) is integrated in the aluminum profiles of the fixed frame (1). The sash (3) has no visible aluminum profiles next to the floor and next to the ceiling. The thickness of the visible aluminum of the post and of the handle ranges from 1 mm to 5 mm and the central post (5) and the handle (4) can be mounted to either side of the movable sash without modification.
