  • Patent number: 11595410
Abstract: Techniques for cross-domain routing using a fractionated cross-domain solution (F-CDS) are disclosed. A first intermediate node operating in a first physical device in an assured pipeline of the F-CDS receives a data item originating at a source node in a first security domain. The first intermediate node applies a first data filter to determine that the data item complies with a data security requirement of the F-CDS. The first intermediate node transmits the data item to a second intermediate node operating in a second physical device in the assured pipeline of the F-CDS. The second intermediate node applies a second data filter to redundantly determine that first data item complies with the data security requirement of the F-CDS. The second intermediate node transmits the data item to a recipient node in a second security domain via the assured pipeline.

  • Patent number: 11568231
Abstract: A contact center analysis system can receive various types of communications from customers, such as audio from telephone calls, voicemails, or video conferences; text from speech-to-text translations, emails, live chat transcripts, text messages, and the like; and other media or multimedia. The system can segment the communication data using temporal, lexical, semantic, syntactic, prosodic, user, and/or other features of the segments. The system can cluster the segments according to one or more similarity measures of the segments. The system can use the clusters to train a machine learning classifier to identify one or more of the clusters as waypoints (e.g., portions of the communications of particular relevance to a user training the classifier). The system can automatically classify new communications using the classifier and facilitate various analyses of the communications using the waypoints.

  • Patent number: 11558185
Abstract: Techniques for stream-based key management are disclosed. A system obtains a first payload to be published to a first set of one or more subscribers, encrypts the first payload using a symmetric key, to obtain a first payload ciphertext, encrypts the symmetric key using an attribute-based encryption (ABE) policy associated with the first payload, to obtain a key ciphertext, and publishes the first payload ciphertext and the key ciphertext. The system obtains a second payload to be published to a second set of one or more subscribers. Responsive at least to determining that each subscriber in the second set of one more subscribers is in the first set of one or more subscribers and the ABE policy is associated with the second payload, the system encrypts the second payload using the symmetric key, to obtain a second payload ciphertext, and publishes the second payload ciphertext without republishing the key ciphertext.

  • Patent number: 11531824
Abstract: A machine accesses a query in a first natural language. The machine identifies an event corresponding to the query. The machine computes, using a cross-lingual information retrieval module, a ranked list of documents in a second natural language that are related to the event. At least a portion of documents in the ranked list are selected from a collection of documents in the second natural language that are not annotated with events. The cross-lingual information retrieval module is trained using a dataset comprising annotated documents in the first natural language and translations of the annotated documents into the second natural language. Each annotated document is annotated with one or more events. The machine provides an output representing at least a portion of the ranked list of documents in the second natural language. The second natural language is different from the first natural language.

  • Patent number: 11522612
Abstract: A technology is described for optical communication. An example of the technology can include receiving an event stream containing indications of independent events detected by pixels in an event camera. An event may be a change in brightness detected by a pixel in the pixel array, and the pixel independently generates an indication of the event in response to detecting the event. The event stream can be demultiplexed into a plurality of communication streams containing related events associated with a plurality of communication sources. The events contained in a communication stream can be aggregated based in part on an event proximity and an event time that associates an event with other events contained in the event stream. The plurality of communication streams can be demodulated to extract optically transmitted information from the plurality of communication streams, which can be sent to a data consumer.
