Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for an on-line music studio. More particularly, the present invention relates to the management and synchronization of online musical tracks created by musicians and enthusiasts, especially ‘non-musicians’. The present invention provides an on-line forum and technical workspace where both new and experienced songwriters, musicians, and producers of all experience levels and backgrounds can come to integrate and synchronize separate musical tracks from multiple, geographically distant, users in real time, into a single complete musical composition.
