    Abstract: A signal associated with performance of a memory operation can be applied to a memory cell of a first group of memory cells that have undergone PECs within a first range. The signal can have a first magnitude corresponding to a second range of PECs. Whether differences between a first target voltage and the signal and between a second target voltage and the applied signal are at least the threshold value can be determined. Responsive to determining that the differences are at least the threshold value, the first group of memory cells can be associated with a first calibration cluster and the signal having a second magnitude corresponding to a third range of PECs can be applied to a memory cell of a second group of memory cells that have undergone respective quantities of PECs within the second range.

Control data for the communications traffic may be processed in response to the restricted TWT SP, with a TXOP ending at the beginning of a restricted TWT SP of a another link, in response to the restricted TWT SP being negotiated in a different link. Such an approach may be carried out where one of the wireless circuits has no STR configuration. A protected duration time for the TWT SP may be set to a time that is less than a duration of the TWT SP in response to the TWT SP being protected by a quiet element duration period.

MSSC arrays are designed (architected) and operated to prevent inter-cell (sneak path) currents between multi-switch storage cells, which prevents stored data disturb from adjacent cells and adjacent cell data pattern sensitivity. Additionally, READ and WRITE operations may be performed on one of the multiple resistive change elements in a multi-switch storage cell without disturbing the stored data in the remaining resistive change elements. However, controlled parasitic currents may flow in the remaining resistive change elements within the cell.

Incoupling optical elements selectively incouple light of the appropriate range of wavelengths into a corresponding waveguide, from which the light is outcoupled.
