Abstract: Correlating captured packets with synthetic application testing is provided. A device captures packets associated with a plurality of processes that include one or more synthetic transactions and one or more transactions responsive to user input. A packet capture data set can lack process identifiers (PIDs). The device captures first finger-printing data including first PIDs and attributes associated with the plurality of processes, and second finger-printing data comprising second PIDs corresponding to the one or more synthetic transactions. The device applies a first filter generated from the second PIDs in the second finger-printing data to a first finger-printing data set, and a second filter generated from the filtered attributes of a filtered finger-printing data set to the packet capture data set. The device provides a filtered packet capture data set to manage a performance of one or more processes of the plurality of processes.
Abstract: An intelligent user centric design platform is provided. In implementations, a method includes: receiving, by a computing device, software design input from a user, the software design input including software domain information; sending, by the computing device, questions to the user selected from a database of predetermined questions based on the domain information; receiving, by the computing device, answers to the questions from the user, the answers including text information regarding design requirements of the user; determining, by the computing device, a proposed user-centric design (UCD) diagram by matching the answers to a stored UCD diagram in a repository using a supervised machine learning model; and presenting, by the computing device, the proposed UCD diagram in a user interface, wherein the user interface enables acceptance of the proposed UCD diagram or rejection of the proposed UCD diagram.
Abstract: A method may include receiving power supply-related information, cost-related information, power demand-related information, and operational priority or site configuration-related information associated with hydraulic fracturing rigs. The hydraulic fracturing rigs may be each associated with a fuel consumption component or an emissions component. The method may further include receiving operational data and determining operational parameters based on the operational data and emissions output predictions for the hydraulic fracturing rigs. The method may further include outputting the operational parameters to a computing device or a controller. The method may further include, based on outputting the operational parameters, receiving operational feedback data and determining whether to modify the operational parameters.

Abstract: An integrated circuit has an isolation capacitor structure that reduces the risk of breakdown from high electric fields at the edge of the top metal plate of the capacitor. The capacitor structure includes a bottom metal plate above a substrate. A first dielectric layer of a first dielectric material is formed between the bottom metal plate and the top metal plate. The capacitor structure also includes a thin narrow ring formed of a second dielectric material located under a portion of the top metal plate. The second dielectric material has a higher dielectric constant than the first dielectric material. The thin narrow ring follows the shape of the edge of the top metal plate with a portion of the ring underneath the top metal plate and a portion outside the edge of the top metal plate to thereby be located at a place of the maximum electric field.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide methods and devices for decoding video signals using inter prediction. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a method for processing a video signal comprises constructing a reference picture list of a current picture in the video signal and performing a prediction for a current picture by using the reference picture list, wherein constructing the reference picture list comprising, if a first entry of the reference picture list corresponds to a short-term reference picture (STRP), obtaining a picture order count (POC) difference between a picture related to the first entry and another picture, and if a second entry of the reference picture list corresponds to a long-term reference picture (LTRP), obtaining a POC modulo value of a picture related to the second entry. A reference picture list for identifying a picture may be generated in a simplified and effective manner. Thus, the compression performance may be increased, and the computation time may be decreased.
