Abstract: Described herein are pants containing a zipper extending through the waistband and the entire outseam of each pant leg. The pants have a flange of fabric disposed on the interior of each zipper to prevent direct contact between the zipper and the skin of a person wearing the pants. The pants also include a fabric tab attached at the waistband next to the zipper to cover an exterior portion of the zipper. The pants provide benefits to wearers who have limited mobility, sensitive skin, or a physical impediment, such as a cast, by easing the challenges of applying the pants to the legs.
