Abstract: A reflection type display device and a display apparatus are provided. The reflection type display device includes: an upper transparent substrate, a lower substrate, and a display unit provided between the upper transparent substrate and the lower substrate. The display unit includes an electrode, a refractive deformation member and a black absorption layer. The refractive deformation member is configured to deform under control of the electrode to switch between a first state and a second state. In the first state, incident light through the upper transparent substrate is totally reflected by the refractive deformation member to form a bright state; and in the second state, incident light passes through the refractive deformation member and is absorbed by the black absorption layer to form a dark state.

Abstract: A display device and a method for manufacturing the same. The display device includes a display panel, a first anti-glare layer and a second anti-glare layer, the first anti-glare layer being located on a light-emitting side of the display panel, and the second anti-glare layer being located on a side of the first anti-glare layer away from the display panel. In the display device, by providing two kinds of anti-glare layers, the sparkling phenomenon of the display device is improved, thereby improving the anti-glare effect of the display device.

Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the disclosure are a common voltage control circuit and method, a display panel and a display device. The control circuit includes a temperature sensing circuit and a voltage adjusting circuit. The temperature sensing circuit is configured to sense the ambient temperature. The voltage adjusting circuit is coupled to the temperature sensing circuit and the common electrode, and is configured to provide a corresponding common voltage to the common electrode based on a temperature signal from the temperature sensing circuit. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the common voltage may be changed according to the ambient temperature to improve the image sticking.

Abstract: A liquid crystal phase shifter, a method for producing the same and a method for shifting phase of electromagnetic wave are provided. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes: a first base substrate and a second base substrate opposed to each other; a first liquid crystal modulation portion and a second liquid crystal modulation portion between the first base substrate and the second base substrate; a first electromagnetic wave transport layer between the first base substrate and the first liquid crystal modulation portion; and a second electromagnetic wave transport layer between the first base substrate and the second liquid crystal modulation portion. The first liquid crystal modulation portion is configured to modulate a phase of electromagnetic waves in a first frequency range and the second liquid crystal modulation portion is configured to modulate a phase of electromagnetic waves in a second frequency range different from the first frequency range.

Abstract: A method for adjusting a backlight and a device for adjusting a backlight are provided. A parameter may be set as one of detectable physical quantities of the backlight. The physical quantity, for example, may be a current through a light emitting device, brightness of the light emitting device, or the like. An average value of the parameter is obtained according to values of the parameter which are detected in real time. When the average value is beyond a preset parameter range, a value of the voltage which is input to the light emitting device is adjusted, so that the current through the light emitting device is adjusted, and brightness of the backlight is adjusted. Thereby, brightness of the backlight can be adjusted in different ways, so that brightness of the backlight can be stable in different environments.

Abstract: A diffusion sheet, a backlight module and a double-sided display device are provided. A transflective layer is provided on one surface of a substrate layer. On one hand, a portion of the light incident from an opposite side of the substrate layer is transmitted to a first display panel via the diffusion sheet; on the other hand, another portion of the light is reflected back to the light guide plate and enters a second display panel on another side of the double-sided backlight module.

The method includes receiving a frame of image data, which is divided into a first portion and a second portion based on that each sub-pixel in the first portion has an initial grayscale value smaller than that of each subpixel in the second portion. The method includes converting the frame of image data into N frames of image data. Each sub-pixel in the first portion is provided with a first grayscale value in K of the N frames and a second grayscale value in N-K of the N frames, and each sub-pixel in the second portion is retained with its initial grayscale value. N is no smaller than 2 and K varies from 1 to N?1. The method includes displaying each of the N frames of images respectively based on the N frames of image data according to a frame refreshing frequency.

Abstract: The present invention provides a communication system comprising a host computer, control cabinets and peripheral devices, the control cabinets comprising serial ports used for communication among the peripheral devices and the host computer. The operating period of the communication system includes a polling phase and a free communication phase, in the polling phase the host computer sends query instructions to the control cabinets through the serial ports on each of the control cabinets, and in the free communication phase the control cabinets communicate with corresponding peripheral devices through the serial ports. The present invention also provides a communication method for the communication system. Using the communication system of the present invention, reliability of communication among the control cabinets, the host computer and the peripheral devices through a same serial port can be ensured without increasing hardware volume and costs of the communication system.

Abstract: A multi-terminal synchronous display method, a display apparatus and a display apparatus cascading system are provided. The method includes receiving an audio and video signal; obtaining a current stage driving signal for driving current stage of display apparatus to output audio and video based on the received audio and video signal; restoring the current stage driving signal to the audio and video signal; and inputting the restored audio and video signal to next stage of display apparatus to make the current stage of display apparatus output audio and video synchronously with the next stage of display apparatus. It is possible to effectively reduce difficulty of wiring between the signal controller and the display terminals and the cost of the network cable placement by the above technical solutions.

Abstract: The present invention provides a display device, including a display panel and a supporting frame arranged around the display panel, wherein at least one spacer structure is arranged between the display panel and the supporting frame, and wherein the spacer structure is fixedly mounted on the supporting frame and includes a first spacer part and a second spacer part, the first spacer part is arranged between the bottom surface of the display panel and the supporting frame, and the second spacer part is arranged between the lateral surface of the display panel and the supporting frame. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages that the impact from multiple directions to the display panel may be reduced, the probable damage to the display panel is reduced, and the quality of a product is improved.
