Embodiments of the present invention achieve the purpose of obtaining an actual wearing state of the wearable device by obtaining a space quaternion parameter of the wearable device worn by the user, then obtaining a posture angle of the wearable device according to the space quaternion parameter, and then obtaining a measurement wearing state of the wearable device according to the posture angle of the wearable device.
