Abstract: A cable twisting protection device, a method of use of the cable twisting protection device and a wind turbine are provided according to the present application. The cable twisting protection device includes: a cable clamping block, including a first clamping block and a second clamping block, wherein the first clamping block and the second clamping block are connected to form a tubular structure having a through hole at a middle and the through hole is configured to clamp a cable; and a cable partition plate, formed by splicing two or more separation plates, wherein grooves are provided in butting faces of each of the separation plates. The cable clamping blocks are fixedly connected to the cable partition plate, and the tubular structures of the cable clamping blocks are vertically aligned with the separation holes of the cable partition plate respectively.
