The method for indicating the time domain resource for the physical downlink shared channel includes: determining a starting symbol position of the time domain resource for transmitting the physical downlink shared channel based on a symbol position for a front loaded demodulation reference signal; determining a row index in a preset time domain table at least based on the starting symbol position; and carrying the row index in a downlink control information, and transmitting the downlink control information to a user equipment. The technical solution of the present disclosure can achieve the flexibility in PDSCH schedule.
