Abstract: The invention discloses an identity verifying method, apparatus and system, and related devices so as to improve the security and universality of identity verification. The identity verifying system includes: a verification information generating device configured to generate user identity verification information for identity verification to be performed, wherein the user identity verification information includes at least processed seed information into which seed information is processed using a stored key; and an identity verifying server configured to receive an identity verification request carrying the processed seed information, sent by a terminal device; to search locally stored keys for a key corresponding to the key stored in the verification information generating device; to recover and/or verify the processed seed information using the found key; and to determine from a recovery result or a verification result whether the identity verification is passed.
