    Abstract: A bracket is provided for connection to the top plate of a wheeled caster, that top plate being generally rectangular and having lateral width W.sub.1 and longitudinal length L.sub.1 dimension. The bracket defines a mounting plate having an upper surface; the bracket includes a longitudinally elongated cantilevered arm of lateral width W.sub.2 and longitudinal length L.sub.2 where L.sub.2 >W.sub.
