Abstract: In a loudspeaker, a diaphragm is equally divided circumferentially into a plurality of regions which have the same shape with each other. Each of the divided regions is formed by a hyperbolic paraboloid. The hyperbolic paraboloid is obtained by moving a straight line connecting between two segments along these two segments. The hyperbolic paraboloid is large in strength and can suppress generation of the dividing vibration of the diaphragm.
