Abstract: Some embodiments relate to herbicide compositions and methods of inducing phyotoxicity in a plant, by administering an aqueous composition to foliar portions of the plant. This aqueous composition includes at least one nutrient, and at least one adjuvant, and has a pH of about 4 to about 7. In some embodiments, the aqueous composition comprises an organic or mineral acid. In some embodiments, the phytotoxicity is topical. In some embodiments, the phytoxicity is systemic. Without being limited by theory, the nutrient is absorbed by the plant in excess, thereby killing the plant.

Abstract: The forward portion of a shampoo bowl is formed with a neck rest for receiving and supporting the back of the neck of an individual seated in a chair located forwardly of the bowl. The shampoo bowl is wall-mounted and pivotally connected for selective tilting of the forward portion of the bowl to raise or lower the height of the neck rest so as to accommodate individuals of varying heights seated in the chair.

Abstract: A portable sport boundary fence is provided for use in a miniaturized baseball game wherein a hollow, perforated plastic ball is used with a hollow plastic bat wherein the fence comprises a plurality of hollow, tubular posts, each of which is slidably and removably engaged by a post anchor, wherein each of the posts is sufficiently thin at its base so that, when impacted by a player, the post either bends or breaks to avoid injury to the player, and wherein perforated netting is provided to extend between the posts and connectors are used to attach the perforated netting to each of the posts.

A manicurist supply and utensil cabinet is advantageously provided at one end of the table. A lamp is advantageously mounted above the table.

Abstract: A stackable modular shelf apparatus including at least two vertically stackable frame modules and a multi-sided intermediate shelf, in which each frame module includes a plurality of generally rectangular individual frames corresponding to the number of sides on the intermediate shelf and arranged in upright planes along the sides of the shelf with the upright end members on adjacent ends of the frames juxtaposed adjacent the corners of the shelf and connected together by a plurality of connectors. One frame module is stacked on top of the other frame module and the shelf has a generally horizontal peripheral portion interposed between adjacent side members on the frames of the upper and lower frame modules.
