Abstract: There is shown in embodiments of a closure mechanism configured to fit over the top of the can and prevent access. The closure mechanism is a child resistant senior friendly mechanism that can be opened and removed by the senior when access to the can is desired. The closure mechanism is designed for a single use as once removed it will no longer prevent access of the top of the can.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a child-resistant container assembly. The assembly includes a bottle with a dispensing mechanism and a collar. The dispensing mechanism draws and ejects a liquid out of the bottle when the actuator is pressed down. To unlock the container, the collar is pressed downwardly and then turned to unlock the dispensing mechanism.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a bottle and cap package configuration designed to hold a solid substance and provide an escape path for a scent of the substance. The cap has an internal surface with a mid-section projection to cooperatively rest on an upper ledge of the bottle neck. At least one raised pad is positioned between the upper ledge of the bottle and the underneath side surface of the mid-section projection such that when the cap is positioned on the neck of the bottle, the at least one raised pad creates a ventilation gap permitting a scent of a substance contained in the well of the bottle an escape path between the upper ledge of the bottle and the underneath side surface of the mid-section projection and then around the threads to under the bottom surface edge of the cap.

A small gap created between the outside profile of the container tray and the interior profile of the sleeve and the sleeve being deformable allows a user to squeeze the sleeve to permit the container tray to slid with respect to the sleeve and therefore allowing the user to gain access to a container tray interior cavity.

The container having a single continuous channel around an exterior region of its sidewall. The assembly further having a sleeve positioned around the secured closure and container and having a sleeve wall extending from an opened bottom end to an opened top end. The sleeve further further having at least one flange extending internally and fitting into the channel on the container, such that the sleeve freely rotates around the closure. The sleeve is thus configured to freely rotate to prevent a user from removing the closure from the container until pressure is applied downwardly on the top of the closure and applied upwardly on the bottom of the container while twisting in opposite directions.
