Abstract: A wearable cuff based on a carrier material with an integrated signal recorder for measurements of biosignals on the skin of a living body recording at an upper arm of a human body. At least one electrode is connected to the carrier material via a reversibly compressible material. The electrodes, the base of the main circuit, and the conductors of the signal recorder are based on one and the same flexible printed circuit board (FPCB). The carrier material is an elastic material. The conductors exhibit a zig-zag, U-shape, ?-shape and/or a meandering form. The carrier material includes a woven and/or a nonwoven layer being coated with a thermoplastic polymer layer. A process to make the cuff, a process to measure biosignals on the skin of a living body, for long-term ECG recording at an upper arm of a human body, and the use of the cuff to record biosignals on the skin of a living body.
