    Abstract: The invention relates to a method of transforming a photograph of a person into a portrait. The disclosed method involves manipulating a photograph using software in order to alter the appearance of the photograph. Following the alteration of the photograph, the image will have the appearance of a color picture painted by Norman Rockwell®. The image may also be manipulated in order to take the appearance of a black and white charcoal picture prepared by Norman Rockwell®.
