Patents Assigned to BEVASWISS AG
  • Patent number: 10597207
Abstract: The invention relates to a fillable twist cap closure for receiving and film-sealing a liquid or pourable filling in the interior of the closure and for emptying out the filling purely by rotating the twist cap (1). The closure consist of a receiving part (3) which is screwed onto the threaded connection of a container and which comprises a cylinder (7) that is open at the bottom, said cylinder (7) being film-sealed at the bottom, and a cup (2) that can be introduced headfirst into the cylinder (7). All plastic parts (1-3) are made of a steam-absorbing polymer, and piercing and cutting teeth (5) which extend in the axial direction are molded on the lower edge of the cup (2). Guide means (9, 10, 28) on the outside of the cup (2) interact with guide means (8, 12) on the twist cap (1). When the twist cap (1) is rotated, an axial movement of the cup (2) is first produced in order to pierce the film (33) on the receiving part (3).

  • Publication number: 20170355496
Abstract: Closure device includes a closure cap, which can be screwed onto the threaded connection of a container, forming a fillable capsule that is open at the bottom, on which a seal directed downward is sealed. Upper side of the part of the closure cap which forms the capsule is designed to be deformable and can be pressed axially downward. A press element is molded on this cover of the closure cap at the bottom. By pressing the cover downward, the downward-directed seal of the capsule is broken open by the press element. Seal is made from a laminate comprising a carrier material with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm. Subsequently, a barrier film is sprayed or laminated on the carrier material. The crimping forms a circumferential edge, by means of which the seal can be sealed to the capsule edge, on the inner side of the carrier material, with respect to the capsule, and resting on same.

  • Publication number: 20170240325
Abstract: Rotary closure includes a separately fillable capsule with a foil seal, for the insertion of this capsule into this rotary closure. The container attachment at the inside forms a downwardly projecting sleeve with an inwardly projecting edge region whose clear width is spanned at the bottom by a diametric saw blade which projects upwards with its cutting teeth. The capsule in the inside is firstly driven axially downwards on rotating the rotary closure cap and with its sealing foil is pressed over the saw blade, by which means it is diammetrically cut open. On further rotation, it lies on the lower inner edge of the inner-lying sleeve in the container attachment and is then rotated without an axial movement. The sealing foil is thereby cut open, and the foil pieces are gathered together in a corrugated manner.

  • Patent number: 9650174
Abstract: The fillable closure is used to trigger the emptying of a capsule that can be inserted in the closure and filled separately. The closure consists of a closing cap which can be attached to the neck of a container and in which a separately fillable capsule can be inserted in the closed state from beneath. The region above the inserted capsule on the closing cap forms a push button. A downwardly projecting protuberance is molded on the lower face. The protuberance abuts against the inserted capsule. Using pressure from above, the push button can be pressed to deform an initially convex shape as seen from above into a concave shape, the protuberance pushing the upper face of the capsule and the content thereof downward. A film, which forms the lower face of the capsule, is thus placed under tensile stress such that it breaks or bursts along weakened lines.

  • Patent number: 8960423
Abstract: A fillable closure is used to initiate emptying of a separately fillable capsule molded into this closure. The capsule is made oxygen-impermeable on the inside or outside with a vapor-deposited layer of silicon dioxide or metal. The volume of the capsule can be reduced through pressurization from the top, through deformation of its side walls, for cutting or rupturing a sealing foil. The capsule has an asymmetric push button with a pusher surface, a deformable front and side wall and a stable rear wall. The upper end of the rear wall forms a stationary edge, on which the pusher surface can be pivoted downward through deformation of the front and side wall. On the bottom of the pusher surface, a triangle-shaped blade is formed, which ends in a tip, and its triangle edge forming a cutting edge for piercing and cutting the sealing foil on the bottom of the capsule.
