Abstract: A system, apparatus and method for managing trust relationships with legacy nodes in a network of ledger-capable nodes. A first trust relationship is created among a plurality of ledger-capable nodes in the form of a permissioned mission channel. A second trust relationship is created among some of the ledger-capable nodes of the mission channel in a permissioned candidate channel. One of the ledger-capable nodes of the mission channel is selected as a trust manager for the candidate channel. The selected ledger-capable node establishes a third trust relationship with a legacy node based on a common, root certificate authority, and then another ledger-capable node establishes a fourth trust relationship with the legacy node based on the first ledger-capable node acting as a proxy certificate authority for the root certificate authority.

Abstract: System and method for providing autonomous AI agent governance, credential management, and secure inter-agent communications. A credential session is formed between two entities in a system prior to interactions between the two entities. The credential session lists a number of credential attributes common to both entities needed to in order for an interaction between the two, and attribute values of a requesting entity associated with the common credential attributes. When an interaction between the two entities is initiated, the credential attribute values listed in the credential session are evaluated against a target entity's current credential attributes. When at least one of the credential attribute values in the credential session satisfies at least one of the credential attributes of the target entity, the interaction may proceed.

Abstract: A distributed ledger-based system, method and apparatus for managing tasks. An authorization record proposal is validated by a localized blockchain authorization network against a validated schema published by, in some cases, a core blockchain network. Once validated, it is published on a localized channel for use by other nodes to validate actions of the task as the task is being performed. Data relating to completed tasks may be shared in accordance with sharing information in the validated authorization record and the data may be deleted upon the occurrence of a predetermined condition.

Abstract: A system, apparatus and method for processing observational data for training a neural network model for use by a neural network. Observational data is parsed into raw data and metadata components and then stored separately on a raw data storage system and a metadata storage system, respectively. A digital fingerprint may be generated and assigned to the raw data and the metadata, used to verify the integrity of the data. When it is desired to train a neural network model, a DETL query is generated and used to identify any raw data that may be relevant to training the neural network model. The DETL query is processed by the metadata storage system to match any metadata to search terms in the DETL which, in turn, identifies raw data stored in the raw data storage system. The identified raw data is used to train the neural network model, and a updated neural network model is produced.

Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for routing traffic in ad-hoc networks. A routing blockchain network processes routing node information proposals received from manager nodes of network clusters. Performance metrics, including content integrity metrics, of one or more nodes in the system are validated using distributed ledger techniques and provided to the manager nodes as updates to each manager node's routing information. The manager nodes further determine routing paths for ad-hoc communication requests based on an authentication record that defines conditions necessary to route traffic streams in association with a particular resource or destination, one of the conditions comprising a minimum content integrity metric. Data may be transmitted in data segments, each data segment associated with a particular original fingerprint. The data segments and associated fingerprints are provided to routing nodes and, ultimately, to a destination node.

An authorization record is created when a requestor has been authorized to access a resource, the authorization record created from an authorization event template stored on an authorization blockchain network. The authorization resource comprises one or more conditions that must generally be true in order for the user to access the resource. The authorization record may additionally comprise one or more permissions for the user to manage the resource.
