    Abstract: A releasing device for a tank including a bolt engageable in an opening of a tank, the bolt having a head formed on one end and having a bore formed in the center, a plug engageable in the bore of the bolt for blocking the bore, a ring coupled to the plug, a spring and a ball received in the plug, the ball being biased by the spring to engage with the bolt when the plug is engaged within the bore of the bolt so that the plug can be retained in place, and the plug can be easily pulled out of the bolt by the ring.
