Abstract: A framing spacing tool is provided having an elongated body portion with axial ends, a top surface, and an opposing bottom surface. A separate bottom guide member is associated with each of the axial ends of the body portion, each bottom guide member having a horizontal surface arranged parallel to the top surface of the body portion and at least one vertical flange that extends downwardly from the horizontal surface. A separate top guide member is associated with each of the axial ends of the body portion, each top guide member having a horizontal surface arranged parallel to the top surface of the body portion and at least one vertical flange that extends upwardly from the horizontal surface.
