Abstract: A device for securing a hose to a holding tank is disclosed. The device includes a sleeve with a cleft running through it; a central aperture for holding a hose, an entry section for inserting the device into a mouth of the holding tank, a shield which covers the mouth of the holding tank, and a haft and pommel to assist with placement and removal of the device. The cleft enables a circumference of the central aperture to be increased or decreased and allows an outer circumference to be increased or decreased. In one embodiment, at least one thread engagement knob secures the entry section to the mouth of the holding tank.
