    Abstract: A device for installing wall base, such as carpet base, the device including a body member having a handle extending upwardly from the upper surface of the body member and graspable by a user to apply pressure to the body member during use of the device to install the wall base; and a pair of roller units mounted to the body member, wherein one roller unit is positionable to be urged against the flooring surface and the other roller unit is positionable to be urged against the wall base while the device is moved in a direction generally parallel to the length of the wall base to enable the user to apply pressure to the wall base to urge it against the wall.
