Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a rumen-bypassing preparation which is produced at a low cost and simultaneously achieves the objects of protecting an active ingredient from release and decomposition in the first stomach and increasing release behavior in a target internal organ. A granular agent obtained thereby is also described. The method includes a step of applying vibration to a die head containing a melt of a coating agent for the rumen-bypassing preparation and a nutrient to bypass a rumen and having at least one injection port or to the melt, thereby injecting the melt from the injection port.
Abstract: The coating composition which coats the biologically active substance includes at least one protective material selected from the group consisting of a hardened animal fat, a hardened vegetable oil, a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, a fatty acid ester, and a wax group; lecithin; and at least one preservative selected from a propionic acid or its salt, a sorbic acid or its salt, a benzoic acid or its salt, a dehydroacetic acid or its salt, parahydroxybenzoic acid esters, an imazalil, a thiabendazole, an orthophenyl phenol, an orthophenyl phenol natrium, and a diphenyl.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a pair of primers specific to mycobacterial species, a polynucleotide of an hsp 65 gene fragment, and a method for the identification of mycobacterial species by using the same. More specifically, the 604-bp hsp 65 gene fragment can be applied to identification methods of mycobacteria such as the comparative sequence analysis method, the probe hybridization method, and PCR-RFLP, which can resolve the problems of a conventional identification method based on bio-chemical characteristics, where the genus mycobacterium covers various species and has a low growth rate, and of the problems of 16s rDNA. Thus, according to the identification method of the present invention, the mycobacterial species can be identified simply, economically, and accurately.
