Abstract: An example system provides a multi-stage workflow processing and analysis platform. The system may access first data associated with a patient and provide, for display on a client device, a graphical user interface that displays workflow elements and data points of the first data. In some instances, the system may receive, via the graphical user interface, an input relating a workflow element with a data point associated with the patient, which workflow element may define an action. The system may execute the workflow including the action defined by the workflow element, receive second data based on the workflow, and provide a graphical interface displaying the first data and the second data on the client device.
