Abstract: A system for reducing anxiety in an individual is provided. The system is capable of applying deep pressure to activate a Vegetative Skin Reflex. The system includes a wearable device constructed for covering at least a portion of a body of the individual. The wearable device includes individually expandable units for applying pressure to a specific body region of the individual when expanded and an expandable support unit for expanding and countering the pressure applied to the specific body region by each individual expandable pressure unit.
