    Abstract: A method for treatment of mammals by draining lymph along a lymph pathway within a mammal's body. An infrared-light-emitting device is utilized to emit pulsating infrared light at a low pulse repetition frequency. The light-emitting device is brought into contact with the body and is moved along a lymph pathway in a direction toward the lymphatic gland to which the pathway of the lymph vessel in question leads.
