Abstract: The method of generating a structured program defines physical, biological and/or physiological needs and objectives of a subject. A structured program of adapted physical and feeding activities is established based on the temporal articulation variables and provided to the subject by way of a terminal. During the course of a session of adapted and structured physical activities of the program, a physical state and/or a physical activity of the subject is captured through the physiological and/or motion sensors. During the course of the session, the physical activity, the feeding activity associated with the adapted and structured physical activity of the session in progress and articulation temporal variables are adjusted.
