The apparatus includes a modular series of stumps and rods with horizontal axis, each of them being composed of a tubular bar provided at one end with an ear with a hole, whereas at the other end of the bar, a clip is applied, being provided with circular hole identical to the aforementioned hole, having suitable dimensions to receive one of said stumps.
