Abstract: Provided herein are methods of processing in-situ (spatial) molecular data from comics measurements of solid tissues to identify complex, network-level biomarkers using deep learning based on location, molecular analyte, biological interactions, and patient metadata to classify disease states, identify drug targets, and predict therapeutic response and outcomes.
