The pharmaceutical composition has the effects of: enabling the prevention or treatment of obesity by inhibiting weight gain and visceral fat accumulation; and enabling the prevention or treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis by inhibiting fat accumulation in liver tissue and lobular inflammation, and by improving insulin resistance.
