  • Patent number: 10293525
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a threaded bolt. A blank is introduced into a threaded-bolt negative mold. The blank has a bolt-shaped portion. Fibers which are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the bolt-shaped portion are embedded in a plastics material in the blank. Pressure is exerted on the blank in order to deform the blank in the negative mold such that a threaded structure is formed on a circumferential face of the bolt-shaped portion. The invention moreover relates to a threaded bolt which is manufacturable by this method, and to a system which is conceived for carrying out the method. Lightweight and hard-wearing threaded bolts may be manufactured by the method according to the invention.

  • Patent number: 10259585
Abstract: A seat fitting connects an aircraft seat to a floor rail of an aircraft. The seat fitting comprises a vertically oriented pin, a web connected to the pin and a first holding body which projects in the lateral direction with respect to the web. The holding body is configured in order to engage behind a lip of the floor rail. The seat fitting further comprises a tensioning element in order to tension the holding body in the vertical direction against the lip of the floor rail. The seat fitting comprises a second holding body projecting in the lateral direction and having a spacing of an inch from the first holding body in the longitudinal direction, and that the pin is arranged with an offset in the longitudinal direction relative to the first holding body and the second holding body.

  • Patent number: 7975979
Abstract: An airplane seat track includes an elongated, rectilinear track body having a hollow, longitudinal slide track for receiving fittings on legs of airplane seats. The hollow slide track includes a series of equidistant circular receptacle sections with circular upper openings. The receptacle sections alternate with intermediate lip sections of smaller transverse dimensions than the circular receptacle sections for retaining tabs of the fittings of the seat legs. The longitudinal distance of the centre points of adjacent circular receptacle sections is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the circular receptacle sections.

  • Patent number: 7232094
Abstract: To allow for optimum arrangement of the rows of seats for any individual flight, the distance between rows is adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the passenger plane, optionally according to sections, by storing in a control device an actually desired arrangement of rows, and automatically displacing (via the control device) every row whose position has to be changed to achieve the actually desired arrangement of rows on its fastening rails to the position determined by the actually desired arrangement of rows. In this way, it is possible to provide a passenger plane, preferably prior to landing, with the data of the actual passenger distribution and the resulting optimum arrangement of rows for the next flight so that it can be prepared after landing for the next flight in the shortest possible time.
