Abstract: An LED light device has a generally spherical body with a a plurality of projections radiating outwardly therefrom, each of said projections having a distal end and at least one of said projections has a magnet at its distal end. The body encloses a power source and carries at least one LED light aimed outwardly therefrom. The device has the appearance of a spiked military water mine.

Abstract: A motorcycle transport device comprising a base, a pair of first upright members attached to the base, and a pair of second members telescopically connected to the first upright members. A lower jaw is attached to each of the first upright members and an upper jaw is attached to each of the second members. A lock assembly is operatively associated with the first upright member and the second member. The lock assembly is adapted to hold the lower jaw and the upper jaw in a closed position.

Abstract: The instant invention is a mechanical pencil. The pencil includes a body having a cavity and a lead holding mechanism located in the cavity. The lead holding mechanism includes a pair of arms joined together by a bridge. Each arm terminates with a pair of fingers. The fingers close together when the lead holding mechanism is recessed into the cavity. The fingers open when the lead holding mechanism is advanced out of the cavity.

Abstract: A vehicle lift for a motorcycle includes a base, a ramp, and a lifting mechanism. The base has a first end and a second end. The lifting mechanism has a first end and a second end. The ramp has an end and a connection point. The connection point of the ramp is pivotally connected to the first end of the base. The first end of the lifting mechanism is pivotally connected to the second end of the base. The second end of the lifting mechanism is pivotally connected to the end of the ramp. The vehicle lift is in a lowered position when the lifting mechanism is collapsed. The vehicle lift is in a raised position when the lifting mechanism is extended.
