Abstract: A method for managing a group of processing units configured to solve a cryptographic problem. The method includes a control unit of the group for: connecting to at least one computing devices network which collaborate in the search for a solution to a cryptographic problem by calculating possible solutions to the problem, determining a computing power available for each processing unit of the group; calculating a computing power of the group, based on the available computing power of each processing unit of the group, determining possible remaining solutions of the cryptographic problem which are to be calculated by the computing devices network, determining whether the computing power available of the group allows calculation of the possible remaining solutions in a predetermined time, and in the affirmative case, allocating the computing power available in the group of processing units to the calculation of the solution of the cryptographic problem.
Abstract: A method of communication between nodes in a telecommunications network, each node maintaining a copy of a shared digital ledger, including that each sending node of a data packet executes the steps of: identifying a receiver node to which to transmit said data packet, generating the data packet to be delivered to a recipient node, transmitting to the receiver node the data packet, issuing a request to the nodes of the telecommunication network to record said data packet transmission on the distributed ledger, and when a data packet is received, the method requires that each receiver node, other than the recipient node of the data packet, repeat some of the steps. The method can also include generating, recursively, a data block of the distributed ledger and recording transmission of the data packet in the data block.
Abstract: A method of communication between nodes in a telecommunications network. Each node maintains a copy of a shared digital ledger, is identified by a respective identification code and implements a software application configured to manage the transmission of data packets and maintain the shared digital ledger. The method includes: memorizing a list of identification codes, each code identifying a respective node included in a subset of nodes of the network, identifying a receiver node to transmit the data packet, generating a data packet to be delivered to a recipient node, transmitting to the first node of the minimum sequence of nodes the data packet, issuing a request to the network nodes to record the data packet transmission in the distributed ledger, and when a data packet is received, the method requires that each receiver node, other than the recipient node of the data packet, repeats at least some steps.
