Abstract: Disclosed are partial nitritation using a sequencing batch reaction tank with media inputted thereinto, and an apparatus and system for shortcut nitrogen removal using the same. According to one aspect of the present embodiment, a sequencing batch reaction tank operating apparatus and method capable of smoothly performing partial nitritation by adjusting the concentrations of free ammonia and free nitrous acid are provided.

Abstract: Disclosed are a heat exchanger capable of cooling a coolant and a sewage treatment plant comprising same. An aspect of the present embodiment provides a sewage treatment plant which cools a coolant for dissipating heat of each component inside a data center, the sewage treatment plant comprising at least one removal means, for receiving sewage and removing organic material and pollutants in the sewage, and a cooling pipe, through which a coolant which has dissipated the heat of each component inside the data center flows, disposed inside the removal means so as to induce heat exchange between the treated water, from which organic material and pollutants of the sewage have been removed, and the coolant flowing through the cooling pipe, thereby lowering the temperature of the latter.

Abstract: Disclosed is a heat exchange system between an external plan such as a data center and a water treatment device of a sewage treatment plant. The present system includes a hot-air supply unit that supplies heat generated from the external plant to a reactor using microorganisms in the water treatment device, and a coolant supply unit that supplies treated water discharged from the water treatment device to the external plant as a coolant for heat dissipation of the external plant. It is possible to simultaneously solve various problems in terms of environmental and economic aspects by enabling complementary heat exchange between the external plant and the sewage treatment plant.

Abstract: Disclosed is a sedimentation tank system including high-rate filtration part and being capable of primary treatment of sewage and wastewater, flow rate adjustment, and treatment of wetweather flow. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a sedimentation tank system for removing solids in an influent sewage and wastewater, the sedimentation tank including a filtration part which includes a filter medium and removes solids in the influent sewage and wastewater, a sedimentation tank with a water gate formed at a predetermined height to store sewage and wastewater flowing over the water gate, and an outflow distribution channel that receives, from the filtration part, sewage and wastewater from which solids have been removed, and discharges the same to the outside of the primary sedimentation tank.

Abstract: A gas/liquid dissolution device includes: a dissolution case of a cylindrical shape; an introduction port outside a side surface of the dissolution case, where a dissolution water is introduced into the dissolution case and a different kind of gas is mixed through the introducing port; a gas/liquid separation inducer in the dissolution case, the gas/liquid separation inducer inducing the dissolution water and an insoluble gas introduced into the dissolution case to be separated to a gas and a liquid by a centrifugal force; and a discharge port outside an end portion of the dissolution case. The dissolution water and the insoluble gas are discharged from the dissolution case through the discharge port.

Abstract: A waste water treatment includes a biological filtration tank, a nitritation tank, and an anammox tank. The biological filtration tank performs biological filtration as a pretreatment process with regard to influent waste water and removes solids and organic matters. The nitritation tank performs a nitritation process with regard to waste water flowing from the biological filtration tank and supplies an electron acceptor needed for removing the organic matter in the biological filtration tank by returning some of the waste water back to the biological filtration tank. The anammox tank performs an anaerobic ammonium oxidizing process with regard to the waste water received from the biological filtration tank and the nitritation tank.

Abstract: A gas/liquid dissolution device includes: a dissolution case; an introduction port outside a side surface of the dissolution case; a gas/liquid separation inducing means in the dissolution case, the gas/liquid separation inducing means inducing the dissolution water and an insoluble gas introduced into the dissolution case; and a discharge port outside an end portion of the dissolution case. The introduction port includes: an introduction tube connected to the dissolution case; an insertion tube inserted into the introduction tube; and an intake tube connected to the insertion tube. The discharge port has a structure where a discharge flow path communicating with an interior of the dissolution case is formed therein.
